In this role, you’ll be at the center of our recruiting operation—building relationships with candidates, helping local businesses meet their workforce needs, and making a meaningful impact on people’s careers every day. If you’re motivated by achieving goals, solving problems, and helping others succeed, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in positions that match their skills and career goals.
- Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and hiring activities.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with Client Specialists to understand customer workforce needs and identify top talent for open positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current employees, former employees, and prospective candidates.
- Respond to employee concerns and performance issues while providing coaching, documentation, and support in accordance with company policies.
- Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring results.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients throughout the employment lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
- Proficiency with computers and recruiting software systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping people find meaningful employment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
